SiSP Special Seminar: Spatial Profiling of Biomarkers Using RNAscope

Special Seminar given by Amrita Roy, PhD, Product Manager Bio-Techne

Exploring Spatial Biology with RNAscope

RNAscope is a powerful in situ hybridization technology that enables high-resolution spatial analysis of gene expression at the single-cell level. Its precision and sensitivity make it an ideal complement to platforms like DSP GeoMx and Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC), enabling a deeper understanding of tissue architecture and molecular interactions.

Following our training with ACD (Bio-Techne), the seminar sparked valuable discussion on how RNAscope can be integrated into our research workflows to enhance spatial transcriptomic and proteomic analyses. This opens new possibilities for high-impact applications in cancer biology, immunology, and drug development.
